Emergency Procedures*
If you believe your issue to be an emergency, the following useful tips may help you.

1. Flooding Water - If you have water flooding into your home, turn off the main shut-off valve. This is usually located at the front/side of your home. Once you have stopped the flow of water, please return to complete this form.

2. Natural Gas Odor - If you smell natural gas, please call Southwest Gas at 877-860-6020 to perform an emergency shut-off. They may ask you to also call 911. Please then return to complete this form.
